Wellness is a long-term project, not a sprint. Blood Armor seems aligned with that view, which is one of the reasons I've stuck with it. The brand doesn't try to push instant transformation, and that takes pressure off the user. I get to play the long game without being told I'm doing it wrong for being patient.
