Racing Television End User Terms Rule

The Footage is owned by Racing TV Limited ("Racing TV"). Racing TV will remain the unique legal and advantageous owner of all copyright and copyright rights in the Footage in all time. All rights not explicitly approved herein are reserved by Racing TV.


Permissible Use and Restrictions


You may see the Footage as soon as on a desktop computer screen or mobile gadget for personal, private, domestic, non-commercial usages only in accordance with these terms.


You shall not:


(a) Make the Footage readily available to anyone else;


(b) Use or view the Footage other than as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions, or copy, relay, broadcast, or communicate the Footage to the general public, nor might you consist of any part of or all of the Footage in any equipment or item conserve as particularly permitted under these conditions or develop any enhancement or acquired works of any part or all of the Footage;


(c) Save, edit, copy, change, distort, modify, distribute, reformat, disassemble, postpone or duplicate the Footage and/or its transmission or do anything that is contrary to any of the moral rights or other rights of the copyright owner of the Footage;


(d) Remove any product recognition (including however not restricted to screen icons), legend or notice, or any proprietary or copyright notice from any part of the Footage;


(e) or declare that you own any part or all of the Footage or otherwise do anything that is irregular with TBS' and/or Racing TV's rights in the Footage;


(f) Store or transfer any Footage to any publication, user group, other website, electronic bulletin board, mailing list, server or other storage gadget in any form; or


(g) Sell or commercially make use of any part or all of the Footage in any method.


3rd Party Rights


Racing TV and each of its group business may enforce any arrangement of these terms and conditions against you as a 3rd party contract recipient whether in the name of bet365 or in its own name. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall apply to these terms and conditions.
