I have deep smile wrinkles /nose to mouth / and the top eyelid is slightly dropping. I am not sure of what type of treatment do I need. I any advice and would love a to see me. Thank you for your time.

Answer: Hello, thank you for your enquiry. It is difficult to say without seeing you face to face or pictures. You can use botulinum toxin to reduce the muscle action of the muscles that may be causing the wrinkles. Botulinum toxin is active for up to 3 months.
You can also have dermal filler to improve lost volume in the face which could be the lines/wrinkles. Or skin to improve the skin texture. There are also other interventions such as lasers to tighten the skin.
